Common use of Primary Insurance Clause in Contracts

Primary Insurance. For any claims related to this Agreement, the CONCESSIONAIRE's insurance coverage shall be endorsed to be primary insurance as respects the COUNTY, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the COUNTY, its officers, directors, officials, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of the CONCESSIONAIRE's insurance and shall not contribute with it.

Primary Insurance. Any insurance or self-self- insurance maintained by the COUNTY, its officers, directors, officials, employees, or volunteers AGENCY and COUNTY shall be excess of the CONCESSIONAIREPermittee's required insurance and shall not contribute with it.
