Primary Maintenance Period Sample Clauses

Primary Maintenance Period. The Maintenance Period of Primary Services will commence upon the issuance to the Owner of the Certificate of Completion of Primary Services by the City Engineer, and shall extend for a period of three (3) years from that date. The Owner shall at its own expense and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, repair and maintain all works and other public services required to be installed or constructed during this time.
