Common use of Primary Purpose Clause in Contracts

Primary Purpose. This agreement authorizes the Lessee to place a hanger and any necessary installation required by said placement for the primary purpose of housing aircraft and necessary aircraft parts, paraphernalia and accessories. Primary purpose is defined as that which is first in intention, and which is fundamental. Also defined as the principal or fixed intention with which an act or course of conduct is undertaken.
