Primary Work Location. Effective on the Effective Date, Executive will no longer be required to perform the services hereunder at the Corporation’s offices located in the metropolitan area of Tampa, Florida. In the event that Executive agrees to relocate his primary work location to the United States or to spend a significant amount of his business time in the United States, the Company shall cause another member of the Company Group to enter into a new employment agreement with Executive containing substantially the same terms as contained in this Agreement, as appropriately modified on advice of counsel to comply with U.S. law.

The Corporation also shall pay Executive $4,000 per month as a temporary housing allowance for housing in the Tampa area and $500 per month as an automobile allowance through November 3, 2010. During the Term, the Corporation will pay Executive $1,800 per month for expenses incurred in traveling between Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Tampa, Florida.

(c) To cater for the changing needs of the business or to improve an employee's employment prospects or opportunities within the business, an employee's primary work location may be changed to a store within reasonable travelling time.

(b) Contract hours may be varied providing there is written agreement between the employee and Xxxxxxx Xxxx evidencing this change. This change may occur as a result of a request by either Xxxxxxx Xxxx or the employee but at no stage can pressure be placed on the employee or Xxxxxxx Xxxx to make the change requested. (c) Where necessary and on the giving of 7 days notice Xxxxxxx Xxxx retains the right to reduce a part time employee’s contracted hours: (i) By up to 20% per year; or (ii) In line with the Termination Change and Redundancy provision. (d) Part time employees who have had their hours reduced by Xxxxxxx Xxxx will be given the first opportunity to work more hours when suitable hours become available in the store.
