Primary Work Location. Although Employee shall be expected to travel from time to time as necessary to perform his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement, his primary work location during the Term (as defined below) shall be at the Company’s headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Primary Work Location. Although Employee shall be expected to work at all Company locations from time to time and travel as necessary to perform his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement, Employee’s primary work location shall be at the Company’s offices in Denver, Colorado.
Primary Work Location. Effective on the Effective Date, Executive will no longer be required to perform the services hereunder at the Corporation’s offices located in the metropolitan area of Tampa, Florida. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the nature of the Corporation’s business will require travel from time to time. Corporation will pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred in traveling in connection with his employment hereunder.
Primary Work Location. Although Employee shall be expected to travel from time to time as necessary to perform his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement, his primary work location during the Term (as defined below) shall be at the Company’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Primary Work Location. Executive’s primary work location shall initially be in Scottsdale, Arizona, but Executive will be required to travel as required by his duties, including travel to the Company’s offices in San Diego, California, and Leland, North Carolina, and the Company shall pay the expenses of such travel as set forth in the Company’s Travel and Expense Policy. In the future, at the direction of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, the Company may require Executive to maintain a residence in San Diego, California. Following such requirement and contingent upon Executive’s establishment of such residence and timely submission of related documentation to Employer, Employer will provide Executive a reasonable monthly housing allowance for a period of one year, the amount of which shall be determined in good faith by Xxxxxx’s Chief Executive Officer.
Primary Work Location. Executive’s primary work location will be the Company’s offices in Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx; provided, however, that the Duties may require frequent and extensive domestic and international travel by Executive. In the event that Executive agrees to relocate his primary work location to the United States or to spend a significant amount of his business time in the United States, the Company shall cause another member of the Company Group to enter into a new employment agreement with Executive containing substantially the same terms as contained in this Agreement, as appropriately modified on advice of counsel to comply with U.S. law.
Primary Work Location. Executive shall perform the services hereunder at the Corporation’s offices located in the metropolitan area of Tampa, Florida. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the nature of the Corporation’s business will require travel from time to time. The Corporation also shall pay Executive $4,000 per month as a temporary housing allowance for housing in the Tampa area and $500 per month as an automobile allowance through November 3, 2010. During the Term, the Corporation will pay Executive $1,800 per month for expenses incurred in traveling between Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Tampa, Florida.
Primary Work Location. Although Executive shall be expected to travel as necessary to the Company’s other operating locations and elsewhere to perform his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement, during the Term, his primary work location will be at the Company’s headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that Executive may from time to time perform his services for the Company from a remote location within the continental United States.
Primary Work Location. (a) An employee's primary work location is the store at which the employee works the majority of their ‘ordinary hours'.
(b) An employee may work, on a one-off basis or on a regular basis, in a store other than the store which is their primary work location.
(c) To cater for the changing needs of the business or to improve an employee's employment prospects or opportunities within the business, an employee's primary work location may be changed to a store within reasonable travelling time.
Primary Work Location. (a) An employee’s primary work location is the store or location at which the employee works the majority of their hours.
(b) An employee may work, if mutually agreed, on a one-off basis or on a regular basis, in another store or location other than the store which is their primary work location.
(c) An employee may work in more than one store, if mutually agreed, on the one shift or when working Two Shifts in a Day. Part 3 Employment Status

(a) Part time employees will be advised of their contracted hours on employment. These contracted hours will be between a minimum of 10 hours and up to a maximum 76 hours per 2 week cycle.
(b) Contract hours may be varied providing there is written agreement between the employee and Xxxxxxx Xxxx evidencing this change. This change may occur as a result of a request by either Xxxxxxx Xxxx or the employee but at no stage can pressure be placed on the employee or Xxxxxxx Xxxx to make the change requested.
(c) Where necessary and on the giving of 7 days notice Xxxxxxx Xxxx retains the right to reduce a part time employee’s contracted hours:
(i) By up to 20% per year; or
(ii) In line with the Termination Change and Redundancy provision.
(d) Part time employees who have had their hours reduced by Xxxxxxx Xxxx will be given the first opportunity to work more hours when suitable hours become available in the store.
