Principal and Interest at Maturity. The entire Outstanding Principal Balance and accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and any and all other sums which are due and payable pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Note, the Deed of Trust or the other Loan Documents (as defined in the Deed of Trust) shall be due and payable on the Maturity Date.
