Principal Collection Account; Interest Collection Account; Custodial Account. (a) The Trustee shall, prior to the Closing Date, cause to be established a Securities Account that shall be designated as the “Interest Collection Account,” which shall be held in the name of the Trustee as Entitlement Holder in trust for the benefit of the Secured Parties, into which the Trustee shall from time to time deposit, in addition to the deposits required pursuant to Section 10.7(d), (i) all proceeds received from the disposition of any Collateral to the extent such proceeds constitute Interest Proceeds (unless simultaneously reinvested pursuant to Section 10.2(f) in other Collateral Debt Securities, subject to the Collateral Debt Security Criteria and the Eligibility Criteria, or in Eligible Investments) and (ii) all other Interest Proceeds.
