Principal Contact Person. Any notices, communications, or consents required by or relating to this Agreement from Summit Learning to the Partner School will be sent to the attention of the person(s) listed on Schedule I (the “Principal Contact Person”). The Principal Contact Person shall be authorized to act on behalf of the Partner School and to make decisions for the Partner School.
