Common use of Principal Contact Person Clause in Contracts

Principal Contact Person. Promptly following the Effective Date, to provide interim decision-making authority for each committee, each Party shall designate to the other Party in writing a principal contact person for addressing matters within the scope of each committee (each a “Principal Contact Person”). Prior to the formation of any particular committee, each Party shall exercise all the decision-making authority and responsibility that could be exercised following the formation of such committee by such Party’s representatives on such committee, as provided in this Article 10, and any and all such decisions shall be binding upon such committee and the Parties as if such decisions were made by such committee as duly constituted hereunder.
