Principal Duties of Contractor. 2.1. In consideration of the payment by the Client of the Price of any Services and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Contractor shall from the Commencement Date carry out on behalf of the Client and, as the case may be, advise, assist or provide the Client with Services as detailed in Statements of Work agreed on from time to time.
