Principal Office; Jurisdiction of Formation. (a) Each of the principal office, chief executive office, and principal place of business of such Credit Party is correctly listed on Schedule I as the same may be updated by written notice to the Administrative Agent from time to time in accordance with this Credit Agreement; and (b) the jurisdiction of formation of such Credit Party is correctly listed on Schedule I, and such Credit Party is not organized under the laws of any other jurisdiction;.
Principal Office; Jurisdiction of Formation. Each of the chief executive office, jurisdiction of formation or registration and principal place of business of the Borrowers is correctly listed on Schedule I hereto.

(a) Each of the principal office, chief executive office, and principal place of business of the Borrowers is correctly listed on Schedule I as the same may be updated by written notice to the Administrative Agent from time to time in accordance with this Credit Agreement; and (b) the jurisdiction of formation of the Borrowers is correctly listed on Schedule I, and each Borrower is not organized under the laws of any other jurisdiction.

As of the date hereof, (a) each of the principal office, chief executive office, and principal place of business of such Borrower Party is correctly listed on Schedule 8.13 hereto; and (b) the jurisdiction of formation of such Borrower Party is correctly listed on Schedule 8.13 hereto, and such Borrower Party is not organized under the laws of any other jurisdiction.

(a) Each of the principal office, chief executive office, and principal place of business of the Borrowers is correctly listed on Schedule I hereto (as such Schedule I may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) and each Borrower has been at such location since its formation; (b) the jurisdiction of formation of the Borrowers is correctly listed on Schedule I hereto (as such Schedule I may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) and each Borrower is not organized under the laws of any other jurisdiction.

As of the Closing Date, (a) each of the principal office, chief executive office and principal place of business of the Initial Borrower are correctly listed on Schedule I hereto and the Initial Borrower has maintained such principal office, chief executive office and principal place of business at such location(s) since its formation and (b) the jurisdiction of formation of the Initial Borrower is correctly listed on Schedule I hereto, and the Initial Borrower is not organized under the laws of any other jurisdiction.

(a) Each of the principal office, chief executive office, registered office (if applicable) and principal place of business of the Credit Parties is correctly listed on Schedule I (as such Schedule I may be updated from time to time pursuant to Section 6.3 or 6.4), and each Credit Party has been at such location since its formation, registration or incorporation, as applicable; and (b) the jurisdiction of formation or incorporation of the Credit Parties is correctly listed on Schedule I (as such Schedule I may be updated from time to time pursuant to Section 6.3 or 6.4), and each Credit Party is not organized, formed or incorporated under the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Principal Office; Jurisdiction of Formation. On the Closing Date, each of the principal office, chief executive office, and principal place of business of Seller is located at the applicable address set forth in Schedule I to this Annex. Seller shall provide Buyer with thirty (30) days’ advance notice of any change in such Seller’s principal office or place of business or jurisdiction. Seller does not have a trade name.

As of the Closing Date, (a) each of the principal office, chief executive office and principal place of business of each Credit Party is listed on Schedule I hereto, and such Credit Party has maintained such principal office, chief executive office and principal place of business at such location since its formation; and (b) the jurisdiction of incorporation or formation of each of Credit Party is listed on Schedule I hereto, and no Credit Party is organized under the laws of any other jurisdiction. After the Closing Date, (i) the principal office, chief executive office and principal place of business of each Credit Party and the jurisdiction of formation of each Credit Party is as set forth on Schedule I (including any updated Schedule I provided to the Administrative Agent for any Credit Parties which have changed their principal office, chief executive office and principal place of business).
