Principal Payment Option Parametric and Non-Parametric Terms and Conditions. (a) The parametric and non-parametric conditions applicable for the verification of the Eligible Natural Disaster will be established by the Bank, at its own discretion, in the Principal Payment Option Parametric and Non-Parametric Terms and Conditions, which shall be communicated by the Bank to the Borrower following the activation of the Principal Payment Option as set forth in Article 3.03 of these General Conditions. The Principal Payment Option Parametric and Non-Parametric Terms and Conditions shall be binding on the Borrower and may be amended by the Bank by written notification to the Borrower.
