PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. In any building in which an assistant principal has not been assigned, a central office administrator(s) shall have responsibility for the building when the principal is absent from the District. No secretary shall be responsible for the administration of any building; the responsibilities of such secretary are outlined in the job description for that position.
PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. 1. The Principal shall be obliged to:
a. provide the Agents immediately upon request with all necessary funds to cover advance disbursements,
b. reimburse the Agent any expenses incurred by him on their behalf or with their consent, c. be responsible for consequences of any actions of the Agent within his authority,
d. provide with all documentation, necessary to fulfil the Agent’s task together with any stationery specifically required by the Principal,
e. provide timely full information regarding the Vessel’s schedules, ports of call insofar as it affects the port agency activities.
2. The Principal shall at all times indemnify the Agent against all claims, charges, losses, damages and expenses which the Agent may incur in connection with the fulfilment of his duties under this Agreement. Such indemnity shall extend to all acts, matters and things done, suffered or incurred by the Agent during the duration of the Port Agency Agreement, notwithstanding any termination thereof, provided always, that this indemnity shall not extend to matters arising by reason of the wilful misconduct or negligence of the Agent.
3. If mutually agreed the Principal shall take over the conduct of any dispute which may arise between the Agent and any third party as a result of the performance of the Agent’s duties.
4. Where the Principal limits the authority of the Agent, any agreement of the Agent concluded him with a third person who acted honestly is valid and obligatory for the Principal, unless the third party was not acknowledged of such restrictions.
5. The Principal undertakes with the Agent that no claim or allegation of any kind shall be made against any of the Agent’s directors, officers or employees (hereinafter collectively called “the beneficiaries”) for any loss, damage or delay of whatsoever kind arising directly or indirectly from any negligent act, error or omission of the beneficiaries in the performance of the services the subject of these conditions. The beneficiaries shall have the benefit of this undertaking and in entering into this contract the Agent, to the extent of this provision, does so not only on his own behalf, but also as agent or trustee for the beneficiaries, who shall to the extent of this clause only be or be deemed to be parties to this contract.
PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. 5.1. The PRINCIPAL shall pay affiliate fee according to the conditions of this AGREEMENT if the terms of the AGREEMENT are observed by the AFFILIATE
PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. 4.01 To provide all documentation, necessary to fulfil the Agent’s task together with any stationery specifically required by the Principal.
4.02 To give full and timely information regarding the vessel’s schedules, ports of call and line policy insofar as it affects the port and sales agency activities.
4.03 To provide the Agents immediately upon request with all necessary funds to cover advance disbursements unless the Agent shall have sufficient funds from the freights collected.
4.04 The Principal shall at all times indemnify the Agent against all claims, charges, losses, damages and expenses which the Agent may incur in connection with the fulfilment of his duties under this Agreement. Such indemnity shall extend to all acts, matters and things done, suffered or incurred by the Agent during the duration of this Agreement, notwithstanding any termination thereof, provided always, that this indemnity shall not extend to matters arising by reason of the wilful misconduct or negligence of the Agent.
4.05 Where the Agent provides bonds, guarantees and any other forms of security to Customs or other statutory authorities then the Principal shall indemnify and reimburse the Agent immediately such claims are made, provided they do not arise by reason of the wilful misconduct or the negligence of the Agent.
4.06 If mutually agreed the Principal shall take over the conduct of any dispute which may arise between the Agent and any third party as a result of the performance of the Agent’s duties.
PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. Upon notification that a student has been registered (notification being automatic upon registration by Associate), Principal shall ship the textbooks and workbooks required for completion of the course to the address of such student as provided by Associate. Each student is sent a license by e-mail for accessing the Principal’s electronic server in order to participate in the course. Such license shall remain valid for 1 year from its grant and thereafter expire unless the Principal grants an extension upon request by the student.
PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES a. Sales in Territory. The Principal may solicit contracts and have said contracts executed without the involvement of the Agent; provided, however, that all fees enumerated herein shall nonetheless be due and owing to the Agent, minus an originating fee in the amount of thirty-five (35%) percent.

PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. 9.1 The Principal shall promptly indemnify the Hub Agent against all Liabilities howsoever assumed, incurred or suffered by the Hub Agent, its Affiliate(s) and/or any of their respective officers, employees, agents or sub-contractors as a result of or in connection with the fulfilment of its duties under this Agreement. Such indemnity shall extend to all acts, matters and things done, suffered or incurred by the Hub Agent during the duration of the Appointment Period, notwithstanding any termination thereof, provided always that this indemnity shall not extend to matters arising by reason of the wilful misconduct or negligence of the Hub Agent.
9.2 Where the Hub Agent provides any bond, guarantee or any other form of security to customs or other statutory authorities, the Principal shall promptly indemnify the Hub Agent, its Affiliates and/or any of their respective officers, employees, agents or sub-contractors against all Liabilities howsoever assumed, incurred or suffered by the Hub Agent, its officers, employees, agents or sub-contractors as a result of or in connection with the provision of such bond, guarantee or any other form of security, provided always that this indemnity shall not extend to matters arising by reason of the wilful misconduct or negligence of the Hub Agent.
9.3 The Principal undertakes, if requested to do so by the Hub Agent, to take over the conduct of any dispute that may arise between the Hub Agent and any third party as a result of the performance of the Hub Agent's duties hereunder and for which the Principal may become liable under Clause 9.1 or 9.2.
PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. During the Term, Principal shall be to protect Trademarks and Logos, and create Brand Awareness.
PRINCIPAL’S DUTIES. The Principal’s duties shall be as prescribed by statute and by Board policies, rules, regulations, job descriptions, and directives. The Principal agrees to devote his time, skill, labor and attention to his duties throughout the contract term. He shall be subject to the direction and control of the Superintendent at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Superintendent or Board assigns to him. By agreement with the Superintendent, he may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out his duties and obligations to the school district.
