Principle of Faith and Trust. Any doubt in the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement or any matter not covered by this Agreement shall be settled upon discussion between the Lessor and the Lessee in accordance with the related laws and regulations and business practice in good faith and trust.

  • Substantive Law The arbitrators shall be bound by and shall strictly enforce the terms of this Agreement and may not limit, expand or otherwise modify its terms.
