Even after having inspected and evaluated the sample provided by the Depositor, the Bank reserves the right to accept it or not. By using checks provided by a company other than those authorized by the Bank, the Depositor assumes full liability for any damages that such action may cause to the Depositor or to a third party. 4.3 The Depositor agrees to review the checkbooks and deposit slips received from authorized companies to ensure that they are correctly printed and will immediately notify the Bank of any errors and return them to the Bank without using them.
