Printing Authorization. The Grantee agrees that no publication coming within the jurisdiction of Tenn. Code Xxx.§§ 12-7-101, et seq., shall be printed pursuant to this Grant Contract unless a printing authorization number has been obtained and affixed as required by Tenn. Code Xxx. § 12-7-103(d).
