Prior Application. All applications must include the effective date of the leave and the date on which the leave will terminate. Applications shall be submitted to the Superintendent, or designee, where possible no later than ninety (90) days prior to the date the leave is to become effective.
Prior Application. City previously had been processing applications submitted by Developer for expansion of the boundaries of the City’s sphere of influence, annexation to the City of the Property as well as additional real property owned by Developer, and certain land use entitlements, when a dispute arose between the parties. Thereafter, the parties entered into a Settlement Agreement and Release, dated August 2, 2016. The City and Developer now desire to proceed with processing and consideration of the Project.
