Prior Approval of Use of Brands. Manager must obtain advance written approval from Sprint for use of the Sprint Brands to the extent required by the Sprint Trademark and Service Xxxx License Agreement and from Sprint PCS for use of the Sprint PCS Brands to the extent required by the Sprint Spectrum Trademark and Service Xxxx License Agreement.
