Common use of Prior CDA Clause in Contracts

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎11.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement between the Parties dated October 12as of February 18, 2015 2020 (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between or materials disclosed or provided by a Party or its Affiliates to the Parties other Party (or its representatives) under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing such Party and shall be (subject to the terms of this Article ‎11.exceptions set forth herein). 

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties dated October 12effective February 1, 2015 2024 (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎116.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement between the Parties dated October 12November 1, 2015 2019 (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎117.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 [***] (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎1110.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 21 April 2020 (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎117.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 effective [*] (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎1111.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 [***] (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to any information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Article ‎118.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 [ * ] (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎1110.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 effective [*] (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎1111. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Disclosure Agreement between the Parties dated October 12as of September 2, 2015 2020 (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎117.

Prior CDA. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement between the Parties dated October 12, 2015 (the “Prior CDA”) with respect to information disclosed thereunder. All information exchanged between the Parties under the Prior CDA shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and shall be subject to the terms of this Article ‎1111.
