Prior Communication. Employee and LBG further understand and agree that nothing in any prior correspondence or communication between them is intended to be and nothing therein should be construed to be a limitation of LBG's right to terminate, transfer, demote, suspend and administer discipline at any time for any reason. Employee and LBG understand and agree nothing in any prior correspondence or communication is intended to, and nothing in any prior correspondence or communication should be construed to, create an implied or express contract of employment contrary to this Agreement.
