MUTUAL COMMITMENTS 18 The parties to this Contract are mutually committed to the development of an efficient, cost 19 effective, integrated, person-centered, age specific recovery and resilience model approach to 20 the delivery of quality community behavioral health services. To that end, the parties are 21 mutually committed to maximizing the availability of resources to provide needed behavioral 22 health services in the Service Area, maximizing the portion of those resources used for the 23 provision of direct services and minimizing duplication of effort.
Other Contractual Arrangements 8.1 Escrow Agent Not a Trustee The Escrow Agent accepts duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the escrow securities and any share certificates or other evidence of these securities, solely as a custodian, bailee and agent. No trust is intended to be, or is or will be, created hereby and the Escrow Agent shall owe no duties hereunder as a trustee.
Additional Commitments The Parties may negotiate commitments with respect to measures affecting trade in services not subject to scheduling under Article 106 (National Treatment) or Article 107 (Market Access), including those regarding qualifications, standards or licensing matters. Such commitments shall be inscribed in a Party's Schedule.
Funding Arrangements Minimum amounts/increments for Japan Local Currency Borrowings, repayments and prepayments: Same as Credit Agreement.

ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, deleted, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
Time Commitment The Advisor shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents to, devote to the Company such time as shall be reasonably necessary to conduct the business and affairs of the Company in an appropriate manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Company acknowledges that the Advisor and its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents may also engage in activities unrelated to the Company and may provide services to Persons other than the Company or any of its Affiliates.
