Common use of Prior Course of Dealing Clause in Contracts

Prior Course of Dealing. ARCO and Operator acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is not to be reformed, altered, or modified in any way by any practice or course of dealing during or prior to the term of the Agreement or by any representations, stipulations, warranties, agreement or understandings, express or implied, except as fully and expressly set forth herein or except as may subsequently be expressly amended by the written agreement of Operator and ARCO by their authorized representatives.
