Common use of Prior Inspection Clause in Contracts

Prior Inspection. A physical inspection of the Leased Premises has been made by the Lessee prior to the Effective date of this Lease, and Lessee hereby acknowledges that it knows the conditions of the Leased Premises, that no representations as to same have been made by Lessor, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby accepts the Leased Premises in their present conditions.
