Prior Relevant Performance References. The Respondent shall complete and attach Attachment E, Business References Form, for at least three (3) references. In order to be considered prior relevant experience, the services provided shall be ongoing or shall have been completed within the 10 years preceding the issue date of this ITN. Confidential clients shall not be included. Do not list the Department as a client reference. Firms that are currently parent or subsidiary companies to the Respondent will not be accepted as past performance references under this solicitation. References should be available for contact during normal business hours. The Department reserves the right to contact the client references provided or conduct site visits to the client references provided to verify the Respondent’s assertion of the type, size, scope, and successful execution of services. The Department reserves the right to contact clients not listed in the Response. The References provided in a Response will not become part of the Contract.
