Common use of Prior Stock Option Grants Clause in Contracts

Prior Stock Option Grants. Pursuant to Employer's 1988, 1996, and 2000 incentive stock option plans, Employee has been granted options to purchase shares of common stock of Employer. The parties hereby agree that the Plans and any implementing option grant agreement shall be amended, if necessary, to incorporate specific terms of this Agreement regarding the exercise of options following Employee's termination of employment.
