(iv) Four executed copies of the Insurance Requirements Agreement in the form attached to this Exhibit as Attachment II and made a part hereof from Tenant’s contractor and, if requested by Landlord, from the contractor’s subcontractors. (v) Contractor’s and subcontractor’s insurance certificates, including an indemnity in accordance with the Insurance Requirements Agreement. 2. Landlord will return the following to Tenant: (i) Two sets of plans approved or a disapproved with specific comments as to the reasons therefor (such approval or comments shall not constitute a waiver of approval of governmental authorities). (ii) Two fully executed copies of the Insurance Requirements Agreement. 3. 3. Tenant, with Landlord’s 's cooperation, if reasonably required, shall obtain Department of Buildings approval of the plans, drawings, specifications or other submissions in respect of any Alterations shall create no liability or responsibility on the part of Landlord for their completeness, design sufficiency or compliance with requirements of any applicable laws, rules or regulations of any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, board or authority.
4. Tenant shall obtain plans and a building permit from the Building Department and necessary permits from other governmental agenciesof Buildings where required by law for the work. Tenant shall be responsible for keeping current all permits. Tenant shall submit copies of all approved plans and permits to Landlord and shall post the original permit on the Premises prior to the commencement of any work. All work, if performed by a contractor or subcontractor, shall be subject to reasonable supervision and inspection by Landlord's representative. Such supervision and inspection shall be at Tenant's sole expense and Tenant shall pay Landlord's reasonable charges for such supervision and inspection.

Prior to Commencement of Work. 1. Tenant shall submit to the Building manager a written request to perform the work. The request shall include the following enclosures:
(i) A list of Tenant’s contractors and/or subcontractors for Landlord’s approval, including afterhours emergency contractor numbers.
(ii) Four complete sets of plans and specifications properly stamped by a registered architect or and/or professional engineerengineer and meeting the requirements set forth in Exhibit PR.
(iii) A properly executed building permit application form.
(iv) Four executed copies of the Insurance Requirements Agreement agreement in the form attached to this Exhibit as Attachment II and made a part hereof these Tenant’s Work Requirements from Tenant’s contractor and, and if requested by Landlord, Landlord from the contractor’s subcontractors.
(v) Contractor’s and subcontractor’s insurance certificates, certificates including an indemnity in accordance with the Insurance Requirements Agreementagreement.
2. Within ten (10) business days, Landlord will return the following to Tenant:
(i) Two sets of plans approved or a disapproved disapproval with specific comments as to the reasons therefor (such approval or comments shall not constitute a waiver of Building Department approval or approval of other governmental authoritiesagencies).
(ii) Two fully executed copies of the Insurance Requirements Agreementagreement.
3. Landlord’s approval of the plans, drawings, specifications or other submissions in respect of any Alterations shall create no liability or responsibility on the part of Landlord for their completeness, design sufficiency or compliance with requirements of any applicable laws, rules or regulations of any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, board or authority.
4. Tenant shall obtain a building permit from the Building Department and necessary permits from other governmental agencies. Tenant shall be responsible for keeping current all permits. Tenant shall submit copies of all approved plans and permits to Landlord and shall post the original permit on the Premises prior to the commencement of any work. All work, if performed by a contractor or subcontractor, shall be subject to reasonable supervision and inspection by Landlord’s representative. Such supervision and inspection, to the extent that the work may affect the Building’s mechanical and electrical systems, shall be at Tenant’s sole expense and Tenant shall pay Landlord’s reasonable charges for such supervision and inspection.
