Prior to completion of Phase II Clinical Trial. Prior to the completion of the first Phase II Clinical Trial carried out by Unity, its Affiliates and Sublicensees with respect to the Licensed Product, Ascentage shall supply to Unity the quantities of Clinical Materials that Unity may order from time-to-time order from Ascentage in accordance with this Section 1.2.
