Common use of Prior to GMP Clause in Contracts

Prior to GMP. With respect to Component Change Orders prior to the GMP Change Order, the Design-Builder's Fee shall be paid on a monthly basis proportionately to the ratio which the Actual Costs for the Work performed under any Component Change Order bears to the Trade Contract sum stated in the applicable Component Change Order less retainage.
