Common use of Prior Understanding Clause in Contracts

This Agreement, together with the other Bank Loan Documents, supersedes all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties hereto and thereto relating to the transactions provided for herein and therein, including any prior confidentiality agreements and commitments.
