Common use of Prior Understandings Clause in Contracts

Prior Understandings. This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings and agreements (whether written, oral or otherwise) pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof and the transactions provided for herein.

This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings and agreements (whether written, oral or otherwise) pertaining to the subject matter hereof, of this Agreement and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto Lender and the Debtor relating to the subject matter hereof and the transactions provided for hereinof this Agreement.
