Owner represents and warrants that no motion picture or dramatic version of the Work or any part thereof has been authorized or produced; no development or production based on the Work or any part thereof has been authorized, produced, presented or broadcast on radio or television; and no written or oral agreement or commitment whatsoever with respect to the Work or any rights therein have heretofore been made or entered into by or on behalf of Owner; none of the rights herein granted and assigned, or purported to be granted and assigned, to Purchaser have been granted or assigned to any other person.
