Common use of Prior Year LTI Clause in Contracts

Prior Year LTI. If not yet paid, the Executive’s LTI bonus due for the LTI period that terminates in the fiscal year immediately preceding the COC Year, calculated as provided in the LTI Plan; and

Prior Year LTI. If not yet paid, the Executive’s 's LTI bonus due for the LTI period that terminates in the fiscal year immediately preceding the COC Year, calculated as provided in the LTI Plan; and

Prior Year LTI. If not yet paid, the Executive’s 's LTI bonus due for the LTI period that terminates ends in the fiscal year immediately preceding the COC YearDate of Termination, calculated as provided in the LTI Plan, all to the extent the Executive is a participant in the LTI; andplus
