Priorities, Allocations and Allotments. Regardless of whether a Government priority rating is shown on the face of the order, the Seller shall follow the provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocation Systems Regulation (15 CFR Part 700, et seq.) (the “DPAS”) and all other applicable regulations and orders of the Office of Industrial Resource Administration, Department of Commerce in obtaining and providing controlled materials and other products needed to fill a Buyer order which is now or hereinafter becomes a rated order pursuant to the DPAS.
