Common use of Priority Access Clause in Contracts

Priority Access. TriHealth and Beacon shall provide priority scheduling and access to School’s athletes and staff. TriHealth and Beacon shall give priority access, to the extent available, during normal business hours, for the following services and locations: i. Physician office appointments; ii. Imaging services; and iii. Physical therapy (appointments during normal business hours)

Imaging services; and iii. c. Physical therapy (Beacon: appointments during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday, 7:00 am – Noon; or TRIHEALTH, appointments during normal business hours and confirmation that patient’s insurance will cover hospital-based physical therapy services)
