Seniority Application. Except under extraordinary circumstances, vacations, shifts, shift transfers and regular days off shall be scheduled with due regard for the needs of the agency, seniority, and employee preference. The state and the PBA understand that there may be times when the needs of the agency will not permit such scheduling.
Seniority Application. 13 A. The above terms for determination of seniority shall apply not only to the 14 layoff process, but also to other situations in which seniority is applied, including total 15 service for the purpose of vacation accrual rates.
16 B. Seniority determinations shall have no application to retirement matters.
17 C. The County agrees to make available to the Union upon request copies of 18 any personnel list the County maintains regarding seniority or job profile changes.
Seniority Application. Seniority shall operate on a total plant basis except where otherwise provided in this Agreement. Employees may not use their seniority during a short work day to displace a more junior employee if that displacement would result in the payment of overtime that would otherwise not be payable.
