Priority Among Contract Documents. In the event of a conflict between or among the terms of the Contract Documents, the terms in the Contract Document with the highest priority shall prevail. The order of priority shall be the numerical order of documents listed in Section 1 (b) Contract Documents, beginning with the Contract having the highest priority and this PO having the lowest priority. If there are multiple Contract Amendments, the most recent amendment shall have the highest priority and the oldest amendment shall have the lowest priority.
