SCOPE OF WORK AND DEVELOPMENT. TIETECH has (a) completed the electronic design of the Product in cooperation with, and in accordance with the specifications set forth by ICOP DIGITAL, and (b) accomplished System Verification Testing on the entire Product in cooperation with, and in accordance with the specifications set forth by ICOP DIGITAL. Both Parties agree that the Purchase Orders issued to date for said work are valid and binding, and that the balance due of NRE shall be paid in accordance to the Payment Schedule defined in Appendix IV.

SCOPE OF WORK AND DEVELOPMENT. ZEVEX shall (a) complete the electronic design of the Product in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Product Specifications set forth in Appendix II attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof (the "Product Specification"), (b) accomplish System Verification Testing on the entire instrument as set forth in the Statement of Work as set forth in Appendix III attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof (the "Statement of Work"), and (c) acknowledge and agree that, pursuant to purchase orders numbered 98010 and 98021 (the "Purchase Orders"), ZEVEX has already commenced the engineering and development efforts contemplated by this Agreement.   • Research and Development (i) Advice and assistance in relation to research and development of Party B;

  • Scope of Work The Service Provider is to provide the Customer with the following services (the “Services”): Company Administration. The services will include any other tasks which the Customer and the Service Provider may agree on.

  • Project Plan Based on the Project Specifications, Omnicare CR has provided a description of services to be performed for Sponsor’s “A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, vehicle-controlled sequential cohort study to determine the safety of PEP005 0.025% and 0.05% topical gel in patients with actinic keratoses” (hereinafter “the Project”) and associated costs. Changes made in the Project scope, at any time during the Project, will result in a corresponding adjustment to the Project costs.

  • Statement of Work Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government as needed to perform the Statement of Work, SECTION J, ATTACHMENT 1, April 30, 2004, attached hereto and made a part of this contract.
