Common use of Priority of Agreement documents Clause in Contracts

Priority of Agreement documents. If there is inconsistency between any of the documents forming part of this Agreement, those documents will be interpreted in the following order of priority to the extent of any inconsistency: (a) Agreed Terms; (b) the Schedules in their order of appearance; (c) any attachments to the Schedules; and (d) documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
