Priority Seat Assignment in Cases of Overbooking. In cases of overbooking THE CARRIER shall assign seats to Passengers according to the following priority order: 1. Handicapped Passengers. 2. Unaccompanied minors. 3. Executive Class Passengers and Passengers with preferred status in THE CARRIER’s frequent flyer program. 4. Passengers with confirmed seats regardless of the order in which they were checked in. 5. Passengers without confirmed seats depending on the order in which they were checked in. This last category shall be governed by the rules determined by THE CARRIER.
