PRISON RAPE ELIM IN A TIO N ACT (PREA) COMPLIANCE. This is an Agreement for the confinement of inmates as described by 28 CFR 115.12. BURNET has adopted and complies with the standards of the Prison Rape Elimination Act. BURNET shall provide XXXXXX with access for contract monitoring as described in Section l 15.12 (b) to ensure that BURNET is complying with the PREA standards in the provision of services under this Agreement.
