Privacy and Personal Data Protection. During the Term, each Party shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding privacy and the protection of Personal Data. Each Party agrees to implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security procedures to preserve the security and confidentiality of Personal Data exchanged pursuant to this Agreement.
