Privacy and Personal Information. (a) You must inform Us of any details or Personal Information that may affect Your Membership and must notify Us of any changes to Your contact details, address and nominated bank account details. (b) You acknowledge that We may use Your Personal Information for the purpose of contacting You with regard to Your Membership or any Boat Hire Service, as well as to keep you informed of any promotions or other marketing purposes. (c) You acknowledge that, where You become liable for payment under this Agreement, We may supply Your Personal Information to an authorised deposit-taking institution, credit reporting or debt recovery agency, in order to give effect to the terms of this Agreement. (d) We agree only to use and disclose Personal Information provided by You in accordance with the Privacy Act and Our Privacy Policy. A copy of Our Privacy Policy is available on Our website.
