Privacy and Security Laws. “Privacy and Security Laws” shall include: (1) the provisions of HIPAA that relate to the privacy and security of Protected Health Information and Electronic Protected Health Information; (2) the Privacy and Security Rules; (3) the provisions of ARRA, including the rules and regulations promulgated under the ARRA, that relate to the privacy and security of Protected Health Information and Electronic Protected Health Information; (4) Act 10 and, to the extent applicable, Chapters 487N and 487R, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes; and
