Common use of Privacy and Use of Information Clause in Contracts

Privacy and Use of Information. You acknowledge and agree (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) that You (and third parties acting on Your behalf) and Your Named Users may provide, and Autodesk and its resellers (and third parties acting on behalf of Autodesk and its resellers) may obtain, certain information and data with respect to You and Your Named Users (including, without limitation, personal information) and Your business in connection with this Subscription Agreement for single-user, including, without limitation, information and data provided to or obtained by Autodesk and its resellers (or third parties acting on behalf of Autodesk and its resellers) through the Customer Information Form and otherwise, in connection with ordering, registration, activation, updating, validating entitlement to, auditing, monitoring Installation of and Access to Benefits, and managing the relationship with You and Your Named Users. You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) hereby consent to Autodesk maintaining, using, storing and disclosing such information and data (including, without limitation, personal information, if any) in conformity with Autodesk’s policies on privacy and data protection, as such policies may be updated from time to time, including without limitation Autodesk’s Privacy Statement, as currently located at �Without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, You acknowledge and agree that: (a) Autodesk may from time to time prompt You (and third parties acting on Your behalf) and Your Named Users to provide express agreement to the terms of Autodesk’s Privacy Statement and/or express agreement to specific uses of information and data (including, without limitation, personal information); (b) Autodesk may provide information and data, including, without limitation, information and data about You or Your Named Users’ use of all/any Benefits, to resellers, Autodesk affiliates and other third parties in connection with the provision, maintenance, administration or usage of Benefits or in connection with enforcement of any agreements relating to any Benefit; and (c) Autodesk may make cross-border transfers of such information and data, including to jurisdictions with privacy or data protection laws that are less protective of Your or Your Named Users’ information and data than the jurisdiction in which You or Your Named Users are resident or domiciled. You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) acknowledge and agree that such policies may be changed from time to time by Autodesk and that, effective upon posting on Autodesk’s website or other written notice from Autodesk, You and Your Named Users will be subject to such changes. 7.8

You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) hereby consent to Autodesk maintaining, using, storing and disclosing such information and data (including, without limitation, personal information, if any) in conformity with Autodesk’s policies on privacy and data protection, as such policies may be updated from time to time, including without limitation Autodesk’s Privacy Statement, as currently located at �xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy. You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) acknowledge and agree that such policies may be changed from time to time by Autodesk and that, effective upon posting on Autodesk’s website or other written notice from Autodesk, You and Your Named Users will be subject to such changes. 7.8.

Without limitation to of the generality of the foregoing, You acknowledge that and agree agrees that: (a) Autodesk may from time to time prompt You (and third parties acting on Your behalf) and Your Named Users to provide express agreement to the terms of Autodesk’s Privacy Statement Policy and/or express agreement to specific uses of information and data (including, without limitation, personal information); (b) Autodesk may provide information and data, including, without limitation, information and data about You or Your Named Users’ use of all/any BenefitsCovered Software, to resellersUpgrades, Support, Ancillary Products and Ancillary Services, Resellers, Autodesk affiliates and other third parties in connection with the provision, maintenance, administration or usage of Benefits Covered Software, Upgrades, Support, Ancillary Products and Ancillary Services or in connection with enforcement of any agreements relating to any BenefitCovered Software, Upgrades, Support, Ancillary Products and Ancillary Services; and (c) Autodesk may make cross-border transfers of such information and data, including to jurisdictions with privacy or data protection laws that are less protective of Your or Your Named Users’ information and data than the jurisdiction in which You or Your Named Users are resident or domiciled. You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) acknowledge and agree that such policies may be changed from time to time by Autodesk and that, effective upon posting on Autodesk’s website or other written notice from Autodesk, You and Your Named Users will be subject to such changes. 7.8.

You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) hereby consent to Autodesk maintaining, using, storing and disclosing such information and data (including, without limitation, personal information, if any) in conformity with Autodesk’s policies on privacy and data protection, as such policies may be updated from time to time, including without limitation Autodesk’s Privacy Statement, as currently located at �xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy. Without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Users) acknowledge and agree that: (a) Autodesk may from time to time prompt You (and third parties acting on Your behalf) and Your Named Users to provide express agreement to the terms of Autodesk’s Privacy Statement and/or express agreement to specific uses of information and data (including, without limitation, personal information); (b) Autodesk may provide information and data, including, without limitation, information and data about You Your or Your Named Users’ use of all/any Benefits, to resellers, Autodesk affiliates and other third parties in connection with the provision, maintenance, administration or usage of Benefits or in connection with enforcement of any agreements relating to any Benefit; and (c) Autodesk may make cross-border transfers of such information and data, including to jurisdictions with privacy or data protection laws that are less protective of Your or Your Named Users’ information and data than the jurisdiction in which You or Your Named Users are resident or domiciled. You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) acknowledge and agree that such policies may be changed from time to time by Autodesk and that, effective upon posting on Autodesk’s website or other written notice from Autodesk, You and Your Named Users will be subject to such changes. 7.8.

You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) hereby consent to Autodesk maintaining, using, storing and disclosing such information and data (including, without limitation, personal information, if any) in conformity with Autodesk’s policies on privacy and data protection, as such policies may be updated from time to time, including without limitation Autodesk’s Privacy StatementPolicy, as currently located at �xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/company/legal -notices- trademarks/privacy-policy. Without limitation to of the generality of the foregoing, You acknowledge that and agree agrees that: (a) Autodesk may from time to time prompt You (and third parties acting on Your behalf) and Your Named Users to provide express agreement to the terms of Autodesk’s Privacy Statement Policy and/or express agreement to specific uses of information and data (including, without limitation, personal information); (b) Autodesk may provide information and data, including, without limitation, information and data about You or Your Named Users’ use of all/any BenefitsCo vered Software, to resellersUpgrades, Support, Ancillary Products and Ancillary Services, Resellers , Autodesk affiliates and other third parties in connection with the provision, maintenance, administration or usage of Benefits Covered Software, Upgrades, Support, Ancillary Products and Ancillary Services or in connection with enforcement of any agreements relating to any BenefitCovered Software, Upgrades, Support, Ancillary Products and Ancillary Services; and (c) Autodesk may make cross-border transfers of such information and data, including to jurisdictions with privacy or data protection laws that are less protective of Your or Your Named Users’ information and data than the jurisdiction in which You or Your Named Users are resident or domiciled. You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) acknowledge and agree that such policies may be changed from time to time by Autodesk and that, effective upon posting on Autodesk’s website or other written notice from Autodesk, You and Your Named Users will be subject to such changes. 7.8.

You acknowledge Licensee acknowledges and agree (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) agrees that You Licensee (and third parties acting on Your Licensee’s behalf) and Your Named Users may provide, and Autodesk and its resellers Resellers (and third parties acting on behalf of Autodesk and its resellersResellers) may obtain, certain information and data with respect to You and Your Named Users Licensee (including, without limitation, personal information) and Your Licensee’s business in connection with this Subscription Agreement for single-userAgreement, including, without limitation, information and data provided to or obtained by Autodesk and its resellers Resellers (or third parties acting on behalf of Autodesk and its resellersResellers) through the Customer Licensee Information Form and otherwise, in connection with ordering, registration, activation, updating, validating entitlement to, auditing, monitoring Installation of and Access to Benefits, Autodesk Materials and Subscriptions and managing the relationship with You and Your Named UsersLicensee. You (on behalf of Yourself and Your Named Users) Licensee hereby consent consents to Autodesk maintaining, using, storing and disclosing such information and data (including, without limitation, personal information, if any) in conformity with Autodesk’s policies on privacy and data protection, as such policies may be updated from time to time, including without limitation Autodesk’s Privacy StatementPolicy, as currently located at �xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/company/legal-notices-trademarks/privacy-policy. Without limitation to of the generality of the foregoing, You acknowledge Licensee acknowledges that and agree agrees that: (a) Autodesk may from time to time prompt You Licensee (and third parties acting on Your Licensee’s behalf) and Your Named Users to provide express agreement to the terms of Autodesk’s Privacy Statement Policy and/or express agreement to specific uses of information and data (including, without limitation, personal information); (b) Autodesk may provide information and data, including, without limitation, information and data about You or Your Named Users’ Licensee’s use of all/any BenefitsAutodesk Materials and Licensee’s support requests, to resellersAutodesk affiliates, Autodesk affiliates Resellers and other third parties in connection with the provision, maintenance, administration or usage of Benefits Licensed Materials and Subscription or in connection with enforcement of any agreements relating to any BenefitLicensed Materials or Subscription; and (c) Autodesk may make cross-border transfers of such information and data, including to jurisdictions with privacy or data protection laws that are less protective of Your or Your Named Users’ information and data Licensee than the jurisdiction in which You or Your Named Users are resident or Licensee is domiciled. You (on behalf of Yourself Licensee acknowledges and Your Named Users) acknowledge and agree agrees that such policies may be changed from time to time by Autodesk and that, effective upon posting on Autodesk’s website or other written notice from Autodesk, You and Your Named Users Licensee will be subject to such changes. 7.8.
