Common use of Privacy/Collection of Data Clause in Contracts

Privacy/Collection of Data. During the Term of this Agreement, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor may periodically collect a license report containing the total activated licenses, anonymized Software usage statistics, email domain, user credentials, and/or public encryption key(s). If Licensee runs the Software in an offline mode, Licensee agrees to send a license activation report generated by the Software to Licensor at least once in each twelve (12) month period.
