Common use of Privacy Laws Clause in Contracts

Privacy Laws. Licensee and MPP shall comply with all Applicable Law relating to data privacy, personal data, trans-border data flow, and data protection involved in handling any personal data and information related to each other and their representatives. It shall be the duty of Licensee and MPP to ensure that no personally identifiable information that permits the identity of an individual to whom the information applies to be reasonably inferred by either direct or indirect means is shared with each other under any circumstances. This obligation shall survive the expiry of this Agreement.
