Privacy Notices. COMPANY and PRODUCER agree to cooperate on the development and drafting of any Privacy Notices required to be provided by PRODUCER to INDIVIDUALS in order to ensure that such Privacy Notices accurately reflect the current usage and disclosure of PPI and comply with any state or federal law or regulation that requires the provision of such Privacy Notices.
