Privacy of Customer Data and Personal Data. Where Your use of Services includes the processing of Customer Personal Data as described in the DPA, the terms of the data processing addendum (“DPA”) shall apply to such processing (contact COMPU-DATA to sign DPA), and shall be incorporated into this Agreement from the date that You sign the DPA in accordance with the instructions therein.
