  • Privilege for Communications The official communications of the Bank shall be accorded by each member the same treatment that it accords to the official communications of other members.

  • TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE 38.1. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Embarq currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. Such resale may be as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided by Embarq to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale."   • Subcontractors and Agents Contractor shall enter into an agreement with any Agent or subcontractor that will have access to Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information that is received from, or created or received by, Contractor on behalf of Covered California or in connection with this Agreement, or any of its contracting Plans pursuant to which such Agent or subcontractor agrees to be bound by the same or more stringent restrictions, terms and conditions as those that apply to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement with respect to such Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information.

  • Other Relationships Any Agent and any other person, whether or not acting for itself, may acquire, hold or dispose of any Note, Coupon, Talon or other security (or any interest therein) of the Issuer or any other person, may enter into or be interested in any contract or transaction with any such person, and may act on, or as depositary, trustee or agent for, any committee or body of holders of securities of any such person, in each case with the same rights as it would have had if that Agent were not an Agent and need not account for any profit.
