Unlawful Internet Gambling and Other Illegal Activities. You certify that all transactions that you initiate on your account are permissible under federal law and state law in the jurisdiction where you live and/or where the transaction occurred. You understand that you may not use the account or any access devices to make deposits, transfers, or withdrawals of funds for any purpose that is impermissible under state or federal law. You understand that marijuana related transactions on your account may be legal under state law but not under federal law. You agree that you are not engaged in unlawful internet gambling or any other illegal activity. You agree that you will not use any of your accounts, access devices, or services for unlawful Internet gambling activity or other illegal activities. Display of a payment card logo by an online merchant does not mean that internet gambling transactions are lawful in all jurisdictions in which you may be located. We may terminate your accounts and services if you engage in unlawful Internet gambling or other illegal activities.
Unlawful Internet Gambling and Other Illegal Activities. You agree that you do not participate in any Internet Gambling Services as defined in the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 and Regulation GG. You also certify that you do not conduct any financial transactions that are consistent with a Money Services Business (MSB). As defined by FinCEN, MSBs are high-risk deposit entities that conduct transactions that include: Currency Dealer or Exchanger, Check Xxxxxx, Issuer of Traveler’s Checks, Issuer of Money Orders, Issuer of Stored Value, Seller or Redeemer of Traveler’s Checks, Seller or Redeemer of Money Orders, Seller or Redeemer of Stored Value, Money Transmitter, and U.S.

You agree that you will not use any of your accounts, access devices or services for unlawful Internet gambling or other illegal activities. We may terminate your account relationship if you engage in unlawful Internet gambling or other illegal activities. You represent that you are not engaged in a marijuana business or money service business. You agree that you will not use any of your accounts, access devices or services for a marijuana business or money service business. The Credit Union may decline to accept, process or pay any transaction that we believe to be illegal or unenforceable (regarding your obligation to pay us or otherwise) under applicable law, or which is otherwise limited or prohibited, including but not limited to any transaction involving or relating to any gambling activity. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits, liability, damages or adverse action of any kind that results directly or indirectly from your illegal use of your account and/or access devices.

By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you hereby certify that neither you, nor your business, have any involvement in conducting or processing Unlawful Internet Gambling transactions. If, at a future date, your business begins processing Internet Gambling transactions or payments, you must notify Xxxxxx Heritage Federal Credit Union.

  • Facilities and Services The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial and support staff, and such other facilities and services as shall be reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
