Common use of Privilege of Redemption and Redemption Price Clause in Contracts

Privilege of Redemption and Redemption Price. Bonds subject to redemption prior to maturity pursuant to a Supplemental Trust Agreement shall be redeemable, upon notice as provided in this Article IV, at such times, at such Redemption Prices and upon such terms (in addition to and consistent with the terms contained in this Article IV) as may be specified in the applicable Supplemental Trust Agreement.
